Orders are shipped from our main warehouse in New Jersey and/or from partner fulfillment locations across the United States depending on product availability and stock location.

We work with trusted carriers such as:

  • Other regional carriers when necessary

This allows us to provide faster and more reliable delivery nationwide.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Eastern Time) may begin processing the same day
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or holidays will begin processing the next business day

During high-demand periods (sales events, holidays, or peak seasons), processing may take up to 3 business days.

📦 Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method:

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $250 (before taxes and after discounts) within the continental United States.

Free shipping does not apply to:

  • Oversized or heavy items (machines, bulk gallons, large kits)
  • Remote or non-continental U.S. locations (e.g., Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories)

In rare cases where shipping costs are significantly higher than expected, we may contact you before processing your order.


6. Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request changes or cancellation only if your order has not yet been processed or shipped.
