Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Must include all accessories, manuals, and tags
- Must be in resellable condition
- Proof of purchase is required

⚠️ Returns must be approved before being sent. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping & Fees
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
- If shipping cost is lower than 10% of the item value, a 10% restocking fee will apply instead
📦 Do not place labels directly on product packaging. Use an outer box.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Include photos of the item and packaging
Once approved, we will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund at no cost to you
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or opened items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or special-order products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To get a different item, return the original product and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of approval status
- If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method
